Their combined experience, leadership, and passion for flooring have driven over $60 million in retail flooring sales and continue to fuel the growth of their businesses across the Emerald Coast.
With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Dan started as a carpet installer in 1997 before transitioning into sales and leadership roles. He became a partner at Destin Flooring America in 2003 and later expanded into Crestview and the broader Emerald Coast region.
Dan remains committed to ongoing education, regularly attending industry training, conventions, and seminars. He is also a proud member of the Shining Stars, an elite group of top Flooring America dealers nationwide.
Marcia brings a sharp eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for customer service. With years of experience in administration and sales support, she plays a key role in sourcing stylish, budget-friendly flooring products and ensuring every customer receives a 5-star experience.
